Keeping the carrier equipment going was a full time job. In a tactical set up voice, teletype and crypto went through these boxes. E-5's watched as PFCs did the grunt stuff.

The cooks worked early morning to late into the night. Much credit has to be given to them for turning out "mostly" good chow. Nobody lost weight in the company in 1969.

Load the non-working equipment up, haul it a way to be fix and bring back a box that worked. It was a never ending process to keep the signal gear working.
